What measures do we have in place for your safety?
- Hand sanitiser stations at the entrances, and outside the toilets
- Social distancing in place across the cemetery, with signage to help
- Entrances and Exits are designed to enable distancing should there be a queue
- Enhanced cleaning of common touch points, and our toilets
- Restricted numbers, with timed entry and advance tickets in place
- Guided Tours are limited to x14 people only
- Increased volunteer presence to help you have a safe and enjoyable visit
- We have made access as contactless as possible
Important things to know for your visit
- Ensure that you don’t come if you or a member of your household is displaying Covid-19 symptoms
- Please arrive in the allotted time slot for your ticket (written on your email confirmation)
- We ask that you follow our 2m social distancing rules whilst entering, exiting, using our facilities and when moving around the cemetery
- We ask that you wear a face covering (unless exempt)when in our shop and when in the catacombs if on a guided tour
- Our toilets are open, they are cleaned daily
- We encourage you to use the sanitiser we have available
- If you have a ticket for the West Cemetery, it includes entry to the East
- We are cashless
- Travel light, we don’t have space to store your luggage
- We have increased bike storage, for those wishing to cycle here
- Our small gift shop is now open, only one person may enter at a time and face coverings must be worn
- We have Visit England 'Good to Go' accreditation, to reassure you of our measures
