TOUR GUIDES

Our tour guides make Victorian history come alive. They take groups around the cemetery, sharing stories of people buried here, the symbolism of their graves. Tour guides start as Visitor Assistants to learn about the cemetery before beginning their guide training.

SEE TOUR GUIDE ROLE DESCRIPTION FOR MORE INFORMATION.

VISITOR ASSISTANTS

Visitor Assistants are the friendly face of Highgate Cemetery. They are responsible for welcoming visitors, selling tickets and answering questions. Visitor Assistants know what great customer service looks like and provide a warm welcome to anyone coming to the cemetery.
